Pasta with Clam Sauce

Ingredients:

• 8 oz. Bowtie pasta
• 1 Large onion, diced
• 1 Green pepper, diced
• 1 tbs Sweetwater Growers Garlic Oil (or more for taste)
• 1 can Minced clams, undrained
• Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Saute onions and peppers in Sweetwater Growers Garlic Oil. Add the clams and 2 tbs of parmesan cheese. Cook until heated through. Pour over pasta. Sprinkle with more parmesan if desired.
